At present, the "uphangtou e-cigarettes" that add new drugs and alternative substances such as etomidate and synthetic cannabinoids have intensified in the abuse of teenagers, showing a rapid spread, seriously infringing on the physical and mental health of the people, especially the teenagers. The opinions are clear, further strengthen the division of responsibilities of anti-drug offices, public security organs, and tobacco monopoly departments at all levels in cracking down on and rectifying illegal and criminal "supert e-cigarettes", establish a liaison mechanism, strengthen departmental cooperation, and coordinate the promotion of crackdown and rectification work. First, crack down on illegal production and sale of e-cigarettes in accordance with the law.
