According to reports, in 2024, the State Administration of Management thoroughly implemented the comprehensive conservation strategy and adopted a market-oriented mechanism to save energy and reduce carbon. Public institutions across the country added 202 new energy cost custody projects throughout the year, signed contracts of 12.2 billion yuan, covering more than 3,000 public institutions; they thoroughly implemented the requirements for thrift in all business operations, and promoted thrift through special work such as improving system norms, improving standard systems, strengthening digital empowerment, and asset revitalization and utilization.
About the work in 2025, the State Administration of Management will focus on the construction of the rule of law, standardization, and informatization, accelerate the legislation on the management of government affairs, improve the asset management system, and continuously improve the physical quota and service standard system for government affairs, further promote the high-quality development of government affairs based on asset management, better serve the central work of the Party and the country, and better serve the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.
