News from CCTV: In the golden autumn, special agricultural products such as melons and fruits usher in a bumper harvest. Many places are taking advantage of large-scale planting to strengthen their brands, expand domestic and international markets, help farmers increase their income and become rich, and comprehensively revitalize the countryside.

The branches are full of autumn and the fragrance of fruits is overflowing. In Pinghe County, Fujian, more than 700,000 acres of honey pomelo are being harvested. This year, the local area has promoted the level of mechanization and intelligence in all aspects. Drones frequently fly back and forth in the mountain forests to improve picking efficiency. The newly built honey pomelo storage and sorting center provides rapid grading and packaging, and 7 national direct logistics lines allow pomelo to be collected nearby and reduce transit. It is expected that the output value of the entire industry chain will exceed 20 billion yuan this year.

At present, Anhui Dangshan Su pear fresh fruit sales are booming. This year, the local area has also added a number of pear product processing companies through investment promotion, etc. to expand categories such as dried fruit snacks, health drinks, cosmetics, etc., and the fresh crisp pears processed on-site exceeded half of the production.

Tongnan, Chongqing has taken measures such as shortening customs clearance and inspection time and transporting China-Europe freight trains to ensure timeliness and quality. The number of countries and regions exporting yellow lemons with good harvests has expanded from 26 last year to 34 this year. The vineyards in Laixi, Shandong are filled with the joy of harvest. This year, some local villages have established trading companies through village collectives, reducing intermediary agency links and leaving more export earnings to growers.

What was once a wasteland is becoming a new treasure trove of wealth. Seabuckthorn fruits are hanging all over the branches in Wushi, Xinjiang. Through the construction of micro-reservoirs, the laying of seepage irrigation pipe networks and other technologies, the survival rate of seabuckthorn in the Gobi Desert has been continuously improved. Today, the seabuckthorn planting area exceeds 180,000 acres, and the industrial chain can provide employment to more than 1,500 people nearby. In Wenshan, Yunnan, the once stony desert barren mountains are now full of green, and people are busy harvesting cacti. This ecological management measure is becoming a characteristic rural wealth-making industry.
