Chen Binhua, spokesperson of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, said that in his speech, Lai Ching-te continued to advocate the "new two-state theory" of "unobstructed mutual affiliation", promoted separatist propositions, and incited hostile confrontation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait; fabricated the so-called "democratic confrontation authoritarianism" false narrative, attempting to bewitch the people on the island, mislead international public opinion, and once again exposed his stubborn "Taiwan independence" nature and his sinister intention to raise the cross-strait confrontation, and his ugly attitude of flattering external forces and his attempt to "rely rely on foreign countries to seek independence" and "use martial arts to seek independence". Lai Ching-te repeatedly replayed the old tune of "democracy against authoritarianism", but repeatedly engaged in activities that harm democracy under the guise of "democracy and freedom". In a nutshell, the so-called "democracy" mentioned by the DPP authorities is the fake democracy that the DPP is in charge of serving "Taiwan independence".
