Lin Hu, spokesperson of the State Post Bureau and director of the Market Supervision Department, said that since the implementation of the newly revised "Interim Regulations on Express Delivery" one year ago, the industry-wide packaging standardization rate has reached 86%, recycling and reuse of cartons has exceeded 1.6 billion times, and the total number of new energy and clean energy vehicles has exceeded 75,000.
“More and more consumers have personally felt that express cartons are thinner, tapes are thinner, orders are smaller, and there are more recycled packaging. Low-carbon smart distribution is reshaping consumers’ lifestyles.” Lin Hu said.
