Recently, Keshan County, Heilongjiang Province held a special training class to improve the performance of work cadres. The three-dimensional effort is to coordinate planning, optimize courses, and combine learning and application to promote the ability and quality of cadres to adapt to the needs of organizational work in the new era, and strive to forge a team of high-quality professional cadres with strong political skills, professional proficiency, and excellent work style.

Strengthen overall planning and improve the pertinence of training.Adhere to on-demand training and focus on systematic planning of training needs to ensure that training work is targeted, not empty and biased.A ministry meeting was held to study the training plan, and careful arrangements were made around the curriculum, teacher selection, teaching management, logistics support and other aspects to ensure the orderly implementation of the training work.Adhering to the principle of "learning what you do and making up for what you lack", we implemented the "department orders and the organization department prepares the dishes" model. We issued questionnaires to collect training needs from townships, towns and county-level units, and extensively collected more than 80 cadre learning suggestions to make the training content closer to reality, closer to needs, and closer to the growth needs of cadres.

Focus on the combination of learning and application to improve the effectiveness of training.Adhere to strict academic discipline, test learning, and answer questions to promote practice, improve closed-loop management measures, and promote the transformation of learned knowledge into job performance skills.Set up a final test based on the content of the training course, focusing on testing the degree of theoretical mastery and business understanding. The test results will be fed back to each unit, and students will be urged to benchmark and find gaps, and consolidate the knowledge learned in the training.In order to ensure that students "come with questions and leave with answers", discussions and exchanges were organized.
