From February 6, 2025, anti-dumping duties will continue to be imposed on imported potato starch originating from the EU, with an implementation period of 5 years. The tax rate for levying anti-dumping duties is consistent with the provisions of the Ministry of Commerce's Announcements No. 8 of 2007, No. 16 of 2011, No. 4 of 2013, No. 72 of 2016, No. 4 of 2019 and No. 4 of 2021.
