According to the provisions of the "Regulations on the Commendation of National Meritorious Merit and Honors" and the "Regulations on National Science and Technology Awards", after evaluation by the National Science and Technology Awards Review Committee, approval by the National Science and Technology Awards Committee and review by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Party Central Committee and the State Council approved and reported to President Xi Jinping for signature, and were awarded to Academicians Chen Liquan and Ben De Yuan.The National Highest Science and Technology Award; approved by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, it was awarded the first prize of the National Natural Science Award for 3 scientific and technological achievements including "Single Atom Catalysis", the second prize of the National Natural Science Award for 48 scientific and technological achievements including "Computation of Homotopy Groups and Classification of Spherical Differential Structures", and the "Supernormal Modulation Technology of High Temperature Metal Materials under Extreme Conditions in Space".The first prize of the National Technology Invention Award for 3 scientific and technological achievements, including "Robot Technology and Equipment for High-end Manufacturing", the second prize of the National Technology Invention Award for 55 scientific and technological achievements, including "Robotics Technology and Equipment for High-end Manufacturing", the special prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award for 3 scientific and technological achievements, including "Struggler", and the "Chinese Breeding Pig"The first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award for 13 scientific and technological achievements, including "Breeding Technology and Creation and Application of Core Provenance", the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award for 133 scientific and technological achievements, including "Key Technologies for China-Laos Railway Engineering", and the International Science and Technology Cooperation Award of the People's Republic of China were awarded to 9 foreign experts including Professor Autumn Oganov.
