Lin Jian said that China is strongly dissatisfied with this and firmly opposes it. The measures taken by China are necessary to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests. There is no winner in the "trade war and tariff war" and the pressure and threats will not work for China. China urges the US to correct its wrong practices, resolve their respective concerns through equal consultations, and promote the stable, healthy and sustainable development of China-US relations.
