Notice requires that the medical insurance benefits policy for college students be improved. On the basis of consolidating the level of inpatient benefits, the level of outpatient security for residents, including college students, can be consolidated and improved based on the level of economic and social development and the ability of medical insurance funds. Colleges and universities will strengthen the construction and management of internal medical and health institutions, and effectively improve the medical service level of internal medical and health institutions. Medical and health institutions within universities that voluntarily apply and meet the conditions should be included in the designated medical insurance scope to facilitate students to seek medical treatment nearby, promote various universities to simplify the reimbursement process, and implement direct medical insurance settlement. Universities with conditions are encouraged to appropriately improve their medical insurance levels.
