2. Choose formal channels to work abroad, understand and verify the qualifications of intermediary companies, labor dispatch companies and employers from multiple sources, understand and verify the actual situation of salary, working environment, living conditions, etc., and do not believe in the so-called high salary to prevent being deceived.
3. Before going abroad to work, you must sign a dispatch contract and labor contract in the country. The labor contract should specify the necessary clauses such as work location, wages and welfare benefits, breach of contract liability, and handling of casualties. Understand and verify whether the labor dispatching unit purchases overseas work insurance.
4. When going to work in the country, you must resolve labor-management disputes through legal means and do not take excessive actions. It is recommended to resolve the matter through consultation.
