CCTV News: According to the official account of the Chinese Embassy in Turkey, recently, the Chinese Embassy in Turkey received reports from Chinese citizens working in Turkey, saying that they were suffering from labor disputes or had difficulties leaving the country due to visa issues. The Embassy in Turkey reminds migrant workers to pay attention to the following points: 1. You must come to the country with a work visa and apply for work and residence documents in accordance with the law. According to Turkish law, those entering the country with an electronic tourist visa shall not engage in any form of labor work in Turkish. Staying in Turkish beyond the validity period or the stay period is illegal and will be fined, deported to the country or other punishments by the local immigration bureau.

2. Choose formal channels to work abroad, understand and verify the qualifications of intermediary companies, labor dispatch companies and employers from multiple sources, understand and verify the actual situation of salary, working environment, living conditions, etc., and do not believe in the so-called high salary to prevent being deceived.

3. Before going abroad to work, you must sign a dispatch contract and labor contract in the country. The labor contract should specify the necessary clauses such as work location, wages and welfare benefits, breach of contract liability, and handling of casualties. Understand and verify whether the labor dispatching unit purchases overseas work insurance.

4. When going to work in the country, you must resolve labor-management disputes through legal means and do not take excessive actions. It is recommended to resolve the matter through consultation. If the negotiation fails, you can file a complaint with the commerce, public security, industrial and commercial administrative departments of the people's government where the household registration place of the relevant enterprises is located, and the chamber of commerce for foreign labor cooperation, and protect your rights in accordance with the law.

If you encounter personal safety risks, you should seek help from the local police in time and notify the Embassy and Consulate in Turkey immediately.
