CCTV News: The latest data released by the Ministry of Natural Resources today (April 18) shows that in the first quarter of 2025, there were 3,222 construction land pre-examination projects nationwide, with a total area of 59,885.07 hectares (898,300 mu); compared with the same period in 2024, the number of pre-examination projects nationwide increased by 1.61%, and the total area of planned land increased by 43.90%. Among them, the Ministry of Natural Resources approved 112 construction land pre-examination projects at the same level, with a total area of 26,643.09 hectares (399,600 mu); compared with the same period in 2024, the number of ministerial pre-examination projects increased by 67, and the total area of land used increased by 199.78%.
