It was introduced at the meeting that in the first quarter of 2025, 20.141 million real estate registration business were handled nationwide, and 11.775 million real estate certificates and 5.747 million certificates were issued. 2.387 million new commercial housing transfer registrations were handled, a decrease of 12.1% year-on-year; 1.646 million existing commercial housing transfer registrations were handled, a increase of 34.7% year-on-year. More than 8,500 new projects across the country have implemented the reform of "delivery and certificates when handing over the house", benefiting more than 1.7 million enterprises and people. All localities have actively promoted the reform of "security transfer" of real estate, and have handled 71,000 new cases of security transfer, involving a deposit of 71.69 billion yuan.
