Free pass to all toll roads
According to the "Notice on Approval and transfer of the Implementation Plan for the Exemption of Small Passenger Car Tolls on Major Holidays of the Ministry of Transport and other departments" (Guofa [2012] No. 37), the time range for free access to toll roads is four national statutory holidays, including the Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, and National Day.
During the Labor Day holiday, small passenger bus tolls will be exempted from 0:00 on May 1st to 24:00 on May 5th. From 0:00 on May 6, normal charges will resume.
