In the first quarter, the added value of agricultural and sideline food processing industries above a certain scale increased by 7.2% year-on-year; the per capita disposable income of rural residents was 7,003 yuan, an actual increase of 6.5%.
The potential for domestic demand in rural areas is also constantly being released. In the first quarter, the national fixed asset investment in the primary industry increased by 16% year-on-year, and the retail sales of rural consumer goods increased by 4.9% year-on-year.
