It is expected that from 08:00 on April 24 to 08:00 on April 25, there will be strong winds of level 5 to 6 and gusts of level 7 to 9 in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northwestern Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, western mountainous areas of Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, central and eastern Henan, northern Jiangsu, etc., among which, the average wind speed in some eastern Inner Mongolia can reach level 7 and gusts of level 10; there will be strong winds of level 7 and gusts of level 8 to 9 in Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, northern and central and western Yellow Sea waters, and some southwestern East China Sea.
