On April 26, local time, a reporter from the Taiwan Taiwan learned that the explosion at the port of Shahidrajay in southern Iran that day had injured 281 people.

This port is one of Iran's large shipping bases and one of the most important ports in Iran. According to Iran's official Iranian news agency data, more than 55% of Iran's total import and export of non-oil goods is loaded and unloaded at the port.
