Panxing High-speed Railway officially opens to traffic today, Guizhou realizes "high-speed rail connecting cities"

Today (28th), the Panxing high-speed railway connecting Panzhou City and Xingyi City in Guizhou was officially opened to traffic.

The Panxing High-speed Railway has a total length of approximately 99 kilometers and a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour. After opening, it can reach Guiyang to Xingyi in the fastest 2 hours. So far, the central cities of nine cities and prefectures in Guizhou Province have achieved "city-to-city high-speed rail".

It is reported that the Panxing High-speed Railway will run 7 pairs of EMUs from Xingyi South to Guiyang and Chengdu South in the initial stage of operation. The specific train information has been announced on the 12306 platform.
