The reporter learned from the China Development Bank that in the first two months of this year, the China Development Bank issued 10.4 billion yuan in loans to key areas of the national water network, supporting the construction of a number of key projects in the fields of water conservancy hubs, key water sources, water diversion, rural water supply, irrigation areas, river regulation and water ecological restoration.

The person in charge of the Energy and Water Business Department of China Development Bank said that in the next step, China Development Bank will anchor the goal of enhancing flood disaster prevention, overall water resource allocation, and urban and rural water supply guarantee capabilities, proactively connect with major engineering projects in the "15th Five-Year Plan", and actively provide financing and intelligence services for the construction of national water networks at all levels to help ensure national water security at a higher level.
