CCTV news (News Broadcast): On April 12, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was authorized to release ten policies and measures to promote cross-strait exchanges and cooperation, including exploring the establishment of a normalized communication mechanism between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party; establishing a national An institutionalized platform for two-way exchanges between youths of the two parties; promote the coastal areas of Fujian to have access to water, electricity, ventilation, and bridges with Kinmen and Matsu when conditions permit; promote the full resumption of normalization of direct air passenger flights across the Taiwan Strait; provide support for Taiwan that meets inspection and quarantine standards Facilitate the import of agricultural and fishery products into the mainland; improve Taiwan-related fishery access management; facilitate the registration of Taiwanese food production enterprises in the mainland and the import of Taiwanese food into the mainland; study the establishment of new small commodity trading markets for Taiwan in places where conditions permit; allow the introduction of Taiwanese TV dramas, documentaries, and cartoons with correct orientation, healthy content, and well-made productions to be broadcast on mainland satellite channels and online audio-visual platforms; promote the resumption of the pilot program for individual travel by residents of Shanghai and Fujian Province to Taiwan (main island).
