Among them, 90.2 billion yuan of local government special bonds and bank loans were implemented, and 43.4 billion yuan of social capital was implemented. Social capital investment reached a record high for the same period in history.
In the first quarter, 15 major water conservancy projects were started across the country, 7 more than the same period last year. At the same time, the construction of a number of national water network backbone projects has achieved key node goals. The outlet section of the main water conveyance project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route to divert the river to the Han Dynasty has been completed. The diversion tunnel of the Guxian Water Conservancy Project on the Yellow River has been completed throughout. The first high-level pool in the Guangdong section of the Beibu Gulf Water Resources Allocation Project has been successfully capped.
