CCTV news: From January to August this year, the national railways shipped a total of 2.69 billion tons of cargo, with an average daily loading of 187,400 vehicles, a slight increase from the same period last year. First, there is strong support for the transportation of key materials.We will give full play to the advantages of a national railway network and centralized and unified transportation dispatching and command, increase the outbound transportation of coal from the new main production areas of Shanxi, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia, strive to ensure that thermal coal transportation should be fully loaded, and fully support various regions to meet the peak summer. From January to August, the national railways sent 1.389 billion tons of coal, including 928 million tons of thermal coal. Coal storage in direct railway power plants across the country has remained at a high level.The transportation of key materials for the national economy and people's livelihood has been implemented with capacity tilting and priority guarantee to ensure fast and efficient delivery. From January to August, the national railway cargo transportation volume of grain, chemicals and textiles increased by 9.9%, 5.5% and 21.7% respectively year-on-year.

The second is to improve the quality of railway logistics products.Guided by market demand, we carefully create a spectrum of Chinese railway logistics products to meet the diversified needs of customers.We vigorously develop logistics general contracting services, providing customers with one-time quotation, one commission, one contract, and worry-free customized services to help customers reduce costs and increase efficiency. From January to August, a total of 1,567 logistics general contracting contracts were signed, with a contracted transportation volume of 1.3 billion tons.The "passenger car-based" express trains have been carefully operated. From January to August, a total of 33,000 trains have been operated, and 36.132 million tons of goods have been sent, a year-on-year increase of 37%. It accurately matches the needs of fast logistics markets such as e-commerce and cold chain, and better serves the construction of a unified national market.Efforts have been made to create "one-order" products for rail-water intermodal transport. From January to August, a total of 192 products have been launched online, with bookings of 85,200 TEUs. The container rail-water intermodal transport volume has increased by 8.6% year-on-year.Make good use of the rail-road combined transport online cargo platform to provide "door-to-door" full logistics services. From January to August, the rail-road combined transport volume completed 320 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 65.5%.Actively promote "freight loan", "freight certificate" and other railway logistics financial products, with a total financing amount of 13.2 billion yuan so far, and comprehensively promote new logistics services of "guaranteed price + insurance" to better support the development of the real economy.

Third, the China-Europe (Asia) trains continue to operate stably.Strengthen communication and cooperation with foreign railway departments, optimize international train transportation organization, improve port handover levels, and ensure stable and smooth cross-border cargo transportation.From January to August, 24,605 ​​China-Europe (Asia) trains were operated, a year-on-year increase of 9.7%, of which 14,842 China-Europe trains were operated, a year-on-year increase of 15.9%. The China-Laos Railway cross-border freight trains and the Western Land-Sea Corridor Rail-Sea Intermodal Trains maintained stable operations, providing a strong transportation guarantee for the high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road" and my country's high-level opening up to the outside world.
